Ready-to-Paint© allows direct painting on cold-rolled steel without any surface treatment, whilst still offering equivalent or even better results in terms of paint adherence and corrosion resistance. These properties allow for significant savings, as well as the benefit of a lower CO2 footprint due to eliminating surface treatments such as degreasing or phosphating.
 
The dry surface of the product increases safety conditions and cleanliness within your workshops as well as being adaptable to alternative painting methods like powder and cataphoresis. This versatile product is also compatible with many manufacturing and assembling methods from cutting to welding. In addition the use of this product can be extended to the replacement of 2.5/2.5 micron electrogalvanised products when a high degree of corrosion protection before painting is not required.
